Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may contact you to confirm availability, specifications, address or payment arrangements before accepting or producing the order.

An order may be declined or cancelled when information is incomplete, a product is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, the requested design cannot be produced safely, or misuse is suspected. If money has already been received, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any qualifying free-delivery rule are shown with the order before it is placed.

3D printed items can have minor layer lines, support marks and small colour differences. Product photos are representative; dimensions, colour and custom text confirmed for your order take priority.

You must have permission to use any name, logo, character, photograph, model or other material you send to us. You keep ownership of your original material and allow us to use it only as needed to review, produce and support your order.

We may refuse content that appears unlawful, unsafe, hateful, deceptive or likely to violate another person's rights.

Do not attempt to interfere with the website, access restricted areas, submit false orders, scrape private information, upload malicious files or use the service to harm another person. Access may be limited when needed to protect customers or the store.

Please contact us promptly if an order is wrong, damaged or missing. We will review the evidence and offer an appropriate solution under our Shipping & Returns and Custom Products policies.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These terms may be updated as the store changes; the date shown above identifies the current version.
