Choose an idea to start your enquiry. These are made-to-request options; feasibility, price and production time are confirmed after review.

Check all names, spellings, dates, dimensions, quantities and colour choices before confirming. The latest details accepted by us are treated as the production specification.

We may ask questions or share a digital reference before production. A digital preview helps confirm content and layout; it is not an exact photograph of the finished plastic item.

Layer lines, seam points, small support marks and slight variations in surface or colour are normal in fused-filament 3D printing. Screen settings and filament batches can also make colours look different from photographs. These normal characteristics are not defects when the item otherwise matches the confirmed specification.

Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. We will accommodate it when production has not started. Once design work, slicing or printing has begun, additional work or material may be chargeable and cancellation may no longer be possible.

A substantial change after approval may require a revised price and completion estimate.

If the finished item does not match the specification we confirmed, or it arrives damaged, send your order ID and clear photographs. We will review the issue and, when verified, arrange an appropriate correction, repair, replacement, reprint or refund.

Because personalised items cannot normally be resold, they are not generally returnable only because preferences changed after approval. We will still review quality problems and any rights that apply under applicable law.
